Scripture tells us that the earth and everything in it belongs to the Lord. If he is the Owner, then we are stewards. Along with many other areas, the stewardship of our finances allows us to proclaim the gospel. Giving helps us to remain in a place where we trust in God and His provision and keeps us from moving into the realm of self-sufficiency. God is generous and as people of faith, our aim is to live and give generously.
