STEP 4

REFLECTION

More than likely, Moses thought he would live out his days as a shepherd. Instead, God used him to lead the Hebrews out of Egypt. What does this tell us about God?

Think of a time you went into a “realm of the unknown”. What was the biggest challenge you faced and what did you learn afterwards?

In times of grief, where do you find encouragement?

Are you dealing with the pressure to meet expectations? If so, take some time to discuss these expectations with someone that loves you.

God told Joshua, “Be strong & courageous” 3 times in 4 verses. Why the repetition? What does this tell us about humans? About God?

MISSION & PRAYER

Mission:

Families with kids have begun home-school. Take a minute to check in with them and give some encouragement.

Find a creative way to spread hope using social media/etc.

Call someone living in a small “bubble” to have a chat.

Prayer prompts:

Pray Psalm 118.

Think of 3 people you know and pray for them every day this week.

Pray for NZ as we move to Level 3 this week.

Ask God to use you this week to bring hope and light to those around you.
